Previously, Sam conducted business development at two (1 large, 1 small) LA-based private equity firms, both focused on acquiring non-core divestitures of larger public companies, where he initiated several acquisitions. Sam received a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
