Fees and Payments

User agrees to pay for all charges and fees incurred in connection with username and password for PrivateEquityFirm.com's paid subscription services. User will not be billed for 30 days after subscribing. User understands that the monthly cost after the initial trial period is a flat $39 per month.

Subscription fees will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the registration process at the start of the monthly period (after the trial period), and will auto-renew each month until membership is terminated.

Cancellations

Sales are non-refundable. If user cancels during a monthly period, user's account will remain active until that month's period is over.
